The Christmas collection, Abysses, invites you on a gourmet odyssey into the depths of the oceans, in dialogue with American ceramic artist Courtney Mattison.
Corals, anemones and the incredible biodiversity of the seabed inspire exceptional creations. Echoing Courtney Mattison's monumental works, which open the doors to a vibrant world of shapes and textures, Pierre Hermé composes his creations as an ode to life, between fragility and strength. The infinitely large celebrates the infinitely small.

The softness of the honeycomb-textured brioche dough contrasts with the crunch of roasted pistachio chips and the crunch of flaky praline. The scent of orange blossom accompanies and underscores the sweet notes of dried fruit.
